Welcome to Troop 524's new website!

This site was built for you, the Scouts, Parents, and Leaders of Troop 524.

Troop 524 is very active. We camp one weekend each month, usually on the 3rd weekend. We are also involved in several service and fund raising projects. We serve the Cub Scouts, the church, and the community through various service projects.

Our Troop meets in the Scout Hut at Old River Terrance United Methodist Church on Sundays at 5:00pm. Young men interested in becoming a new Scout or current Scouts looking for a new experience, and guests are always welcome.

There will be no Troop Meeting on Sunday, May 13th in observance of Mother's Day.

Calendar Updated - Please Re-Register for Events

Changes were made to the calendar. If you previously registered for the Graduation and McKinney Falls campout in June, the registration had to be cleared to correct an error. Please register for this event if you plan on attending. We will begin calculating the esitmated cost for campouts and all other scout events so that families can budget for expenses before an event and not after.
